RESERVATION METHOD:

Group guests will be responsible for booking individual room reservations. All individual reservations must be booked by calling the Hotel's Reservation Department directly at 1-800-234-0267. It is important that each of the Group’s guests contact the Hotel no later than the cut-off date of 09/25/2025 and must identify themselves as part of the North Stars Soccer Club Group in order to receive the agreed upon group rate. After the cutoff date the Hotel will release any unreserved rooms being held for your Group and offer those unused rooms to other customers in general resale. Reservations requested by Group or Group’s attendees after this date will be accepted based upon availability at the prevailing standard rate.

Arrival Date: Either Friday, October 17th, and/or Saturday, October 18th, 2025 (1 night minimum)
