Refund Policy

WHAT IS THE TOURNAMENT REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TEAM ENTRY FEE?

If the event is cancelled due to COVID:
If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 event restrictions (event is not allowed by local law) all teams will receive a full refund.  So rest assured if the tournament is forced to cancel the event your team will receive your money back in full.

If your team decides not to participate for a reason (you don't have enough players, your coach is unavailable, the schedule is not conducive to your families) then the fee is non-refundable.

Please note that there is a $100 non-refundable administration fee with every registration. In the event you need to drop your team out of the event, please contact us via email or phone and we will review refunds on a case-by-case basis. Any cancellation within 3-weeks (21-days) of the tournament will result in a forfeiture of the entire team entry fee. No refunds after July 10th, 2020.
