posted 06/10/2013: The 8^th Annual Northstars Cup. held June 8-9, 2013 at Roxboro Road Middle School was a great success! Thanks to everyone who participated this year and help to make it a great day of competition and fun!

• We had a great experience with your tournament.
  It was well organized all the way thru. Even with the rain, everything ran smoothly from registration, games being run on time (even a few minutes early) and the teams showed great sportsmanship and enthusiasm throughout.
  My son had the opportunity to play Sunday morning in the U-14 division with Rising Stars and again in the afternoon in the U-15/16 group with Coliseum Siena.
  We look forward to involvement in future events with your organization.

• Thanks again for a great tournament experience. As I said, the registration fee is too good to be true for a possible 6 games. The tournament format (play-sit-play-sit-play-sit) is exactly the way it should be. This tournament has proven to be a great way to end the season. All proceeds benefit the Northstars Soccer Club. The Northstars Soccer Club is a non-profit club whose goal is to develop young soccer players by providing competitive, challenging, & dynamic training with a consistent coaching philosophy.

The camp staff is composed of Nationally certified coaches including professional players. These qualified professionals will provide quality coaching, while helping youngsters build a love for the game. Correct skills will be demonstrated by coaches for players to visualize what they will need to do. Coaching staff will also stop game play during scrimmages to show concepts & simplify concepts.

A full-time goalkeeper coach will be available.

The coach to player ratio is kept to approximately 1-to-10 in order to maximize personalized training.
